This 12 bar introduction to a piece that I have written is a great way to improve your technique, it covers most picking techniques, using mostly alternate and sweep picking throughout, there is limited use of bending and vibrato techniques. See Sweep Picking for how to sweep. (The legato isn’t marked on the tab!)
Remember this is difficult; you must concentrate on each bar and perfect it before moving onto the next. This section of the piece uses lots of demi-semi-quavers but the tempo is only 86bpm, therefore this section is still fast, but not impossible. Happy shredding, this should give your chops a great workout!
